I have to say that I was a little worried about ordering so much coffee in case I didn't like it, but I was trusting in the good reviews for all the varieties. If you like a mellow, smooth coffee, this is it. I have been looking for a coffee that has all the important things to me: organic, shade grown, fair traded AND great taste. I've looked a lot of places and I'm so glad I finally found it! As far as the heavy plastic bag it comes in, unless you are going to use it all in one week, I suggest breaking it down into weekly sized bags and freezing them.
